Abstract:
Objective:To explore inhibitor of apoptosis protein—Livin,interferon(IFN)-γ and hemodynamic chan-ges in patients with vascular dementia and their clinical significance. Methods:A total of 164 patients with vascular dementia treated in our hospital were randomly selected. All patients′mentality were assessed by mini-mental state examination(MMSE),and levels of Livin and IFN-γ were measured;meanwhile, general factors such as diet inter-vention,traditional Chinese medicine therapy and family history etc.,were counted. With outcome of patients′condition assessment as dependent variable,Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship among all screened factors and outcome of patient′ condition assessment. Results:There were no significant difference in measured outcomes of Livin,IFN-γ and hemodynamics between men and women,P>0.05 all;Logistic regression analysis indicated that IFN-γ,hemodynamics,family history, smoking, alcoholism, age and course of disease were risk factors for vascular dementia(B=0.351~3.041,P<0.01 all),and Livin, diet intervention, traditional Chi-nese medicine therapy and exercise intervention after onset were protective factors for vascular dementia(B=-1.224~ -2.547, P= 0.001 all).Livin,IFN-γ and hemodynamics possessed higher weights(B was -2.547, 2.641 and 1.477 respectively),who had stronger influence on cognitive function level.Conclusion:Livin,IFN-γ and hemodynamics have certain influence on cognitive function reduction in patients with vascular dementia.Exami-nation of above indexes and certain psychological and physiological intervention can help to improve prognosis.
