Abstract:
Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is the RNA molecule that doesn′t code protein in human genome transcripts, and it plays important roles in different physiological processes.NcRNA plays important role in incidence and devel-opment of cardiovascular diseases,including myocardial fibrosis.The present article made a review on research pro-gress of two main members of ncRNA,namely micro RNA(miRNA)and long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)in myo-cardial fibrosis.
