Abstract:
The latest research proved that long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)can regulate lipid and glucose metabolism, regulate the function of vascular wall,and participate in proliferation,migration,aging and apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells,vascular inflammation and immune response,then affect occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.The present article made a review on research progress about the relationship be-tween lncRNA and atherosclerosis.
