- Abstract: There were variety fragment characteristics in French medical insurance since its establishment.However,through introducing medical assistance mechanism in medical insurance system in France,it established medical treatment popularity and supplement medical assistance allowance system,guaranteed low-income group could get guarantee level for equal right.According to French experience,Chinese medical insurance system development should avoid welfare tendency,lead public resources to low-income and health expending poor families,gradually integrate assistance management resources and economic resources,conduct overall plan and comprehensive construction medical insurance plan among low-income group.
