Abstract:
The prevalence of multiple primary or secondary primary tumor was reported to be high in upper aerodigestive tract due to field cancerization and occasionally metastatic neck mass from an unknown primary was encountered. But the case in which each tumor of multiple primaries shows different histology and especially one of them is metastatic cancer from an unknown primary has not been reported yet. Recently, we experienced a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity with simultaneous malignant cervical lymphadenopathy, which was revealed to have been metastasized from adenocarcinoma of unknown primary site. So, we report the case with a brief review of literature.
