Abstract:
Objective To summarize diagnosis and treatment for acute biliary pancreatitis. Methods Clinical data of 58 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among fifty eight case,49 cases were cured by nonsurgical methods, 9 patients underwent surgery, of which 3 patients underwent early operation with one death, and 6 patients who underwent delayed operation recovered. Conclusions Acute biliary pancreatitis can be treated successfully by nonsurgical methods. The timing for operation should be based on individual to reduce complications.
