Abstract:
OBJECTIVE In order to know the situation of noscomial infection(NI) in hospital,and adjust the policy of prevention and control of NI.METHODS We invsetigated and monitored 18305 patients in hospitals in 2008.RESULTS NI occured in 323 patients.The total infection rate of NI was 1.76%.NI rate in surgery department reached up to 3.06%.The application rate of antibiotics in pediatric department was 97.12%.NI rate of cerebral surgery department reached up to 7.64%,lower respiratory tract infections was up to the top infective position(43.27%).Gram-negative bacterial infection reached up to 59.03%.The man above 60 years old was up to 69.04% in terms of suseptable factor.CONCLUSIONS Protecting suseptable people,strict aseptic operation and disinfection measures.reasonable application of antibiotics are effective to control NI.
