Abstract:
Objective To test the processing effect of medical image based on MITK. Methods Through several examples realized respectively the applications of MITK in medical image segmentation,registration and three -dimensional visualization which included mesh rendering and volume rendering under the VC++6.0 IDE. Results These methods in MITK can all obtain satisfied effect,particularly mesh rendering render quickly and render efficient. Conclusion These can carry out medical image segmentation,registration and three-dimensional visualization by using MITK easily.
