Abstract:
Objective To alter the mode of B-type traditional examination,a Calling and Queuing System is introduced.Methods The procedure,principle,construction and functions of the system were introduce.Patient's appointed number and inspection time were automatically generated in Calling and Queue System.The doctor would call to inspect the patient according to the appointed number and inspection time.Results The Calling and Queuing System achieved patients' self-consciously queuing.Conclusion The application of Calling and Queuing System relieves the disorder of patients to a certain extent,hence building up a good reputation for hospital.
