Abstract:
Colposcopy is a very conventional method in the diagnosis of cervical diseases for it has such advantages as good accuracy and reliability,high sensitivity and negative predictive value.Colposcopy is suitable for CIN screening,especially in microinvasive carcinoma and precancerous lesions of uterine cervix.However,there was a relative high false negative rate in diagnosing mild cervical lesions.This article mainly sums up the cinical application of colposcopy to cervical lesions in the diagnosis in recent years.
