Abstract:
Objective:To study the degradation regularity of Moglobin (Mb) mRNA in rats and to explore the relationship between the time of death.Methods:Using RT-PCR to detect the Mb mRNA levels of the corresponding time changes in rat heart after death at 25℃?1℃, 65%~70%temperature and humidity control system,and use SPSS 17.0 software for data analysis.Results:The contents of the Mb mRNA in rats gradually decreased with the lengthening of the postmortem interval,and it had a proximate linear relationship with the postmortem interva1.The degradation of Mb mRNA is lower than that in vitro.Conclusion:Mb mRNA was time-related degradation,and the degradation under the conditions of the law was not entirely consistent in vivo and vitro;Mb could be used for estimating the earlier postmortem interva1.
