Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the value of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) in diabetes for predicting lower limb vascular disease.Methods:138 patients with type 2 diabetes were checked with lower extremity vascular disease in which DSA results as gold diagnostic standard.ELISA were used to measure IGF-I levels.The predictive value was evaluated by ROC and Youden index for cut-off point.Results:With the extent of lower extremity vascular stenosis increased,serum levels of IGF-1 was gradually increased(P
