Abstract:
Objective:To be acquainted with the status of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection in our hospital staff.Methods:HBV markers including HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HbcAb were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ALT and pre-S1 antigen were measured at the same time.Results:(1)The total rate of HBV infection was 60.8%(121/199),the positive rates of HbsAg and HBsAb were 6.03%(12/199)and 51.26%(102/199)respectively.(2)the positive rate of HbsAg was 5.04 (6/119)in clinical department staff,the positive rate of HbsAg was 7.32%(3/41)in medical-technical department and pharmae department staff;the positive rate of HbsAg was 7.69%(3/39)in administrative and logistic staff.(3)there were 19 samples of ALT higher than normal and 4 samples of pre-S1 antigen were positive in the hospital staff.Conclusion:the positive rate of HbsAg in the hospital staff were lower than the national level,and the infection of the hospital staff were low,there weren't different in the HbsAg distribution of all type people obviously.
