Abstract:
The targeting characteristics and pharmacokinetics of Adriamycin (ADM)in vivo were studied by the method of HPLC after hepatic artery embolization with the mixture of liposome of Adriamycin(LADM)and Lipiodol in dogs(group Ⅲ).They were respectively compared with those in dogs with ADM being infused into hepatic artery (group Ⅰ)and with hepatic arterial embolization using ADM-Lipiodol misture(group Ⅱ).
