Abstract:
Objective To compare the clinical effect and safety of cimetidine in treating autumn dysentery. Methods 117 patients were randomly allocated two groups.Cimetidine group had 57 cases and the comparison group had 60 cases.Two groups were treated with synthetical therapy on patient's condition and the treatment group were treated with added cimetidine.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and comparison group were 93% and 58.4% respectively,and there was significant difference(P
