Abstract:
A dual-color flow cytometric assay (two dyes: cyanine membrane dye-3, 3'-Dioctadecyloxaearboeyanine perehlorate and propidium iodide) was used for the assessment of bovine corneal endothelial cell survival in potassium-rich solution and K medium (prepared by Kaufman method) for 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 days at 4℃.
