Abstract:
We have compared the characteristics of transplanting different hemopoietic cells in mice, based upon the study of different origin. According to the observation on 30 days survival rate of the recipient mice after lethal dose irradiation, the results showed that the therapeutic effect in syngeneic fetal liver transplantation(FLT)was similar to that in bone marrow transplantation(BMT). The death rate of allogeneic peripheral blood transplantation was higher than that of the irradiated group.We also discussed the therapeutic effects among different hemopoietic cells transplantation in mice. It offers an experimental evidence for clinical transplantation with hemopoitic cells.
