Abstract:
There are 0 species of purslane in China, namely Portulaca oleraced L., P. Pilosa L., P.grandiflora Hook., P. quadrifida L., P. psammotropha Hance and P. insularis Hosok. The author compiled an index for the specles, examined and revised their trivial and botauical names recorded their blooming and fruiting bearing seasons, the locatiens of their growth habitats and uses. P. hainenensis Chun et How is a synonym of P. psammotropha Hance.
