Abstract:
Objective To make clear the classification combined two type of pulmonary tuberculosis on radiography.Methods 1000 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis comfirmed by clinical examination,tuberculosis bacteriology and ordinary chest films were presented in order to discuss the X-ray classifications.Results The X-ray classifications were as follows:There were 214 cases of the primary TB with plearisy in 11 cases,140 cases of the blood diffusive TB with pleurisy in 45 cases,612 cases of the secondary TB with pleurisy in 148 cases and the tuberculostic pleurisy in 34 cases.There were total 204 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis of Ⅰ～Ⅲ types combined with pleurisy(20.4%).Conclusion According to the causes and mechanism of the diseases as well as China TB Classifications(1998),in the X-ray diagnosis there are three types of the pulmonary tuberculosis combined with the pleurisy,that are the pnimary TB,the blood diffiusion TB and the secondary TB.
