Abstract:
This paper reports that using LTSE method delects sanitary microbiological standard of tableware——coliform bacteria,Twostrains of A.hydrophila have found ferment lactose producing gases,to get through oxidase test verification for masculine reaction,by biochemical tests reaction and othe analog germs identity proof that is A.hydrophila.In order to explor its pathoge-ncity,we Continue doing Poison test and intestins ligation test on rabbits,which made the white mouse dead and the rabbits produced LT,This has proved it is harni-ful to human body,we must pay attantion to the distinction between A.hydrophila and coliform bacteria in surrondings and food sanitary examination.
