Abstract:
This paper reports a study on the relation between HLA and dilated cardiomyopathy. Twenty patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 103 control subjects of the Han nationality without blood relationship residing in Shaanxi were examined. HLA typing was done by the standard microlymphocytotoxin technique by using 20 cases HLA-A. B. Specificities. we found that RR over three in group of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy was HLA-A28, A31 and HLA-B27. But after dealing with Fisher's P value and correcting P value, no HLA Antigen correlated with dilated cardiomyopathy were detected in this study.
