Abstract:
This article reports B-US results of 42 cases' kidney transplants and discusses the characteristes of B-US image of the size, hydronephrosis and liquid collection around the kidney folloing the kidney graft. We think that postoerative dynamic studies of B-US examination may find the acute rejection and postoperatove complication which have 9 important value in clinical diagnosis and treatment
