Abstract:
There are various causes of periodontitis, one of which is related to the immunological condition of the patient. The results of immunologic detection in 30 cases of periodontitis before treatment are reported and compared with those of normal blood donors. The lymphocyte transformation test was used as a cellular immunological marker and the serum level of IgA, IgG and IgM as a humoral immunological marker.
