Abstract:
Objective To investigate the role of psychological factors in functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGID) and clinical effects of antidepressant drugs in FGID patients.Methods To analyze the psychological status of 62 FGID patients using SCL-90 scale.The results were compared with normal model's of our country.Afterwards,among those FGID patients.scores of clinical symptoms were evaluated according severity degree of digestive clinical sypmtoms and all equally diveded to two groups,one group received antidepressants treatment,In which 17 cases with seroxat,14 cases with prozac,both 20mg/d for 8 weeks.After treatment,the scores of SCL-90 and clinical symptoms were evaluated again.Other group received placebo served as controls.Results The total and factor scores of SCL-90 in FGID patients were significanly higher than normal model's of control group (P
