Abstract:
This article deals with te use of human hemoglobin as a molecular weight marker to es- timate the human serum albumin molecular weight by SDS pore gradient PAGE.The result shows that this method for the protein molecular weight ranging from 1?10~4 to 1.5?10~(-5)is convenient and accurate,and may be popularized easily.
