Abstract:
145 cases of bladder tumor were treated during the years 1973-1987.There were 103 cases(74.4%)of transitional cell carcinoma,and 123 cases(84.83%)were 40-60 years old. The main clinical manifestation of 138 cases(95.17%)was gross hematuria.The diagnosis was made by cystoscopy for 118 caese(81.38%)And the site of tumor was similar to that in the domestic and foreign reports.The intracavitary ultrasonic tomography for judging the stage of the tumor was better than the abdominal one,41 cases were followed up postperatively and they survived for 2-16 years(7.46 years on the average).Neither well-dif- ferentiated nor poorly differentiated carcinoma had relation to the blood group.
