Abstract:
123 male patients with type 2 diabetes underwent clinical diagnosis. The examination showed that obesis influenced to left ventricle function because of the enhance of unsuline resistance, the sympathetic nerve stimulation increased heart rhythm, blood pressure leading to enhance the left ventricle muscle mass and leading to develop fibrosis to make the intestinal tissues. It makes left ventricle systolic failed and the sphincter harder. Therefore, type 2 diabetes patients with obesis had had syndrome of disorder of X metabolism. In addition to obesity, hypertension, insuline-resistance. There was blood lipid disorder. These combined factors made the left ventricle function failure more severe.
