The effect of trimetazidine joint carvedilol treatment in older women patients with hypertension and unstable angina

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of rimetazidine joint carvedilol treatment in older women patients with hypertension and unstable angina.Methods Eighty older women patients with hypertension and un stable angina were divided into two groups by random digits table:treated group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).Control group is given metoprolol and drug treatment for primary disease;treated group is given trimetazidine and carvedilol and drug treatment for primary disease.The frequency of angina,intensity,duration,change of blood pressure and ST segment were compared after two weeks treatment.Results The obvious effect had 28 cases,the improvement had 10 cases,the total effect had 38 cases in treated group.The obvious effect had 22 cases,the improvement had 8 cases,the total effect had 30 cases.The total effect rate in treated group[95％(38/40)] was higher than that in control group[75％(30/40)] (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Hypertension elderly women with angina pectoris in the conventional treatment on the basis of addition of trimetazidine and carvedilol angina pectoris treatment effect,curative effect is distinct,safe and effective.
