Abstract:
A study was carried out on 100 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by TOCE at 108 Hospital from February 2001 to July 2004. The study used univariate and multivariate analysis with Cox regression model to find out prognostic factors including age, serum albumin, serum bilirubine, AFP concentration, tumor morphology, tumor size, portal invasion, cell differentiation grade. Two independent factors for prognosis determined as invasive tumor morphology and portal invasion. These two factors related to bad prognostic value
