Abstract:
In a period of endovascular surgery, there have been several, epoch-making changes in the vascular surgery particularly during the past year. Among them, some reports make this year a watershed in the history of vascular surgery while some gave us an evidence-based answers to the time-honored questions and controversies. I would like to take a privilege to select and introduce some of those important changes in this article by reviewing the results of clinical trials reported during past one year.
