Abstract:
Objective to analyze the effect of uterine myoma classification,size and number on the timeand amount of blood loss of laparoscopic myomectomy surgery.Methods Clinical data of 60 eases of laparoscopic removal of myoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Operation was successful.with the operation time of 30～240 min(111.84±31.13)and bleeding volume of 30～600 ml(88.28±81.01).There was no adverse reaction.Postoperative pathologic examination demonstrated uterine fibroids in all patients.All cases were referred to rediagno-sis al 1 and 3 month after operation.The examination focused on the uterus size and menstruation.Conclusion Lap-aroscopic removal of myoma is a safe and effective conservative treatment of uterine myoma.
