Abstract:
This paper proposes to re-understand characteristics of medical practice and quality management,and elaborates on the relationship between quality-based quality development and legal person concept,in line with the study and practice of medical service quality management.Moreover.it emphasizes the importance of legislation on quality and awareness of contemporary standard,together with an in-depth discussion on the shift from competence management to process-oriented management.In the end is a comment on typical case study.
