Abstract:
The study reviewed the results of enlistment examination in 9 provinces of Red river-delta between 1993 and 2001. It was found that the mean rate of youths that are met health criteria for joining army is 79% yearly. Rate of examination orders to expecting soldiers is 2.64/1 (i.e. 2.64 examination orders are needed for every expecting soldier). If these provinces can gain the rate of 1.6/1, each province will save 3,888 workdays for enlisting youths on average and save money for work of 11 examination boards during 7 days
