Abstract:
Random 40 cases of tibial plateau fracture patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group underwent arthroscopic, minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO), the control group treated by modified plate fixation. Patients in the treatment group got short average hospitalization time, the total effective rate was 95%, total effective rate of the control group was 75%, there was significant difference. MIPPO in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has good curative effect, less adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
