Abstract:
50 patients with ages of 26-89 diagnosed as a local lesion in the brain hemisphere have shown that the acute brain arterial infarction more frequently occurred in ages of 51-70, and male/female ratio was 78/22. The disease initiates suddenly (46%) and acute (38%), rate of patients with hypertension (46%) but there was only 6% patients with blood pressure of 200/100 mmHg. The common clinical symptoms were hemiplegia, nerve VII paralysis, dementia, focus of brain lesion (86%).
