Abstract:
The integration to the pharmacy international law and trade agreement will impact significantly on the health sector. Vietnam would participate the world trade organization (WTO) in 2005. The WTO's member countries must participate some multilateral agreements of which TRIPS agreement will impact strongly on the pharmacy branch
