Abstract:
Insulin resistance is a highlight characteristic of type II diabetes. Some writers say insulin resistance is a risk factor that was independent on athero- sclerosis and coronary disease. Insulin resistant state will be improved if glycemia is stablely normalized, lipid disturbance and body weight is reduced (the obese). TN hospital study: 44 healthy people and 71 the type II diabetic patient has indicated; having insulin resistance: - Obese (approximate 80 percent of patients with BMI > 25). Increasing Insulin (90 percent of patients with Insulinemia>20 u/ml). Hypertension (33/71 of patients especially 20/33 of patients with hypertension before being diabetic) - Lipoprotein disturbance especially increasing triglycerid. This shows in order to treat the diabetic disease, besides glycemia must be stablely normalized we have to pay attention to adjust following disturbances for reducing complications.
