Japanese encephalitis (JE) virus from infected mouse brain was purified by ultracentrifugation at 126.000g, 5 hours, 42 batches of purified JE virus were prepared for 28 batched of vaccine. All these 28 of batched met the minimum requirements of WHO for protein content
