Abstract:
The Pharmaceutical Branch changed from subsidized mechanism to market mechanism. Therefore it should consolidate organization, build system of regulation documents. Strengthen management, nanufacture, import-export, drug circulation. Guarantee quality and use safely, rational the drug, and develop the "National policy of drug". Strengthen pharmaceutical industry branch, rearrange circulation and manufacture system
