Abstract:
A study was performed on 90 patients with gastroesophageal reflux and ages of 18-83 (male: 67, female: 23) in the Central Army Hospital. Results showed that there was no presence of H. pylori in the esophagus (above line Z). H. Pylori was a cause of lesion of esophagus (below line Z) including inflammatory and was major agent in many cases of gastroesophageal reflux.
