Abstract:
A retrospective study on a case of acute pancreatitis in a child with 14 months was carried out to compare clinical features with pathoanatomical features from which finding the diagnostic experiences. The signs and tests involved the acute abdominal pain, vomiting, fever, shock, needle aspiration with blood with pink colour, blood and urinary amylase was increased 5 times compared with normal level.
