Abstract:
Against the backdrop of the continuous innovation of artificial intelligence technology, surgical robots, as intelligent extended tools for surgeons, are reshaping the paradigm of modern medical practice with their sophisticated and collaborative development. This paper analyzed the ethical risks arising from their clinical application, and further proposed an ethical governance framework featuring “clarified responsibility, balanced resources, and human-oriented value.” Through paths such as strengthening the construction of medical practitioners’ technical ethics competency, formulating responsibility allocation mapping for human-machine collaboration, and establishing a system of preoperative technical visualization explanation, it aimed to realize the value integration of instrumental rationality and medical ethics, thereby providing a practical reference for the ethical application of intelligent medical devices.
