Abstract:
Occupational stress has been considered as one of the potential independent risk factors for the occurrence and development of hypertension in recent years. This paper reviews the concept connotation and common assessment methods of occupational stress, expounds the potential mechanisms by which occupational stress affects blood pressure levels, summarizes and analyzes the research progress of occupational stress-related hypertension in recent years, identifies existing issues in current research, and discusses future research directions, aiming to provide a reference for further understanding the relationship between occupational stress and hypertension and formulating effective intervention measures.
