Abstract:
Vaginal masses occurring synchronously with a molar pregnancy are quite uncommon. We are presented with a case of an ectopic trophoblastic tissue initially presenting as a vaginal wall mass in a 20-year-old primigravid diagnosed with hydatidiform mole. Trophoblastic deportation, which may explain the possible etiology of such a rare occurrence, is discussed.
