Abstract:
As radiological diagnostic and therapeutic technologies become increasingly prevalent and advanced in university hospitals, the preventing and controllingoccupational health risks among radiology staff has become a critical public health priority. In accordance with relevant health risk management regulations, this paper systematically reviews the current situation of occupational health risk management for radiology personnel in Chinese university hospitals. The review focuses on analyzing key issues in critical areas, including radiation protection facilities, health surveillance systems, staff risk awareness, and risk management mechanisms. This study aims to provide a scientific reference for establishing a rigorous, efficient, and standardized occupational health risk management system for radiology staff in university hospitals, thereby further improving the quality and safety of radiological healthcare services in higher education institutions.
