Abstract:
In the era of bladder-preserving therapy (BPT) for muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), accurate prediction of the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) is of critical importance.This review focuses on novel strategies that go beyond traditional classification systems and identifies a series of innovative biomarkers derived from multi-omics research, such as Ncadherin 2, keratin 13, and phosphocholine cytidylyltransferase.These biomarkers can effectively bridge the functional information gap inherent in current molecular subtyping approaches.Through multi-dimensional integrated assessment, they offer a revolutionary prospect for achieving truly individualized NAT regimens.
