- Abstract: Benvitimod is an aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist, and has a certain therapeutic effect on some inflammatory dermatoses, such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, contact dermatitis and rosacea, by inhibiting the expression of various inflammatory factors via different pathways. This review focuses on research progress in benvitimod for the treatment of dermatoses, with a view to deepening the understanding of its biological effects.
