Abstract:
Objective:To review the research progress of the mechanism of flight spatial disorientation and prospect it.Literature resource and selection:Domestic and foreign literatures published in this field.Literature quotation:Forty-one articles published at home and abroad were cited.Literature synthesis:The incidence of flight spatial disorientation is high and it greatly threats to flight safety. It is closely related to the nerve center. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to study the mechanism of flight spatial disorientation and its nerve center mechanism. Due to the slow progress in the research of spatial cognition in physiological states, most of the early studies on the mechanism of spatial disorientation in flight remained at the macro level. With the rapid development of neuroscience and brain science in recent years, part of the mechanism of constructing spatial cognitive map in the hippocampus, entorhinal cortex and limbic system under physiological state has been revealed, which provides conditions and basis for the research of the central mechanism of flight spatial disorientation. Conclusions:Research on the mechanism of flight spatial disorientation can provide new intervention targets for early warning and prevention, and it has critical military significance to effectively reduce the incidence of flight spatial disorientation and related accident rate.
