Abstract:
Under the current context of the Nursing Service Improvement Action Plan, standardized training for new nurses not only helps to enhance their professional competence but also effectively improves the overall quality and efficiency of nursing services. This review examines the current situation of standardized training for new nurses, exploring ways to optimize training content, innovate training methods, and strengthen faculty development, aiming to enhance the overall quality of new nurse training programs, and set a strong beginning for their nursing careers.
