Abstract:
Gastric cancer,as a highly prevalent malignant tumor worldwide,faces challenges such as insufficient targeting precision and low drug delivery efficiency in its treatment,making the development of efficient targeted delivery systems crucial for improving therapeutic efficacy.This paper systematically explores the targeting mechanisms and application potential of nanocarri-ers in gastric cancer treatment,focusing on analyzing the properties and clinical applications of metal-based nanocarriers,metal-organic frameworks,mesoporous silica nanocarriers,carbon-based nanomaterials,quantum dots,and green-synthesized inorganic nanocarriers.Aiming to pro-vide new insights and strategies for key technological breakthroughs and clinical translation in fu-ture precision therapy for gastric cancer.
